Do you live in Dunfermline and are looking
to play cricket, or do you live in the Central Fife area already and are looking
for a change of club? We have a First XI and Second XI and are glad to welcome
any new members. Kismet Cricket Club was founded in 1997 by a group of players
based round Central Fife, the initial few years saw Kismet play there home
games at Pitreavie and Townhill in Dunfermline. Last year after much effort
by the members, Kismet were finally given there own home ground by Fife Council
at Duloch Park.
Kismet has enjoyed unrivalled success over the
last ten years. The club has won promotion over the last few years to Division
3. Kismet has also won the Forth Union Championship several times and is Champions
for 2007. Forth Union is a Sunday League which use to be a 40 over’s
a side competition but has now adopted a 20/20 format.
Kismet Cricket Club extends a welcome to cricketers
of all ages and at all standards. Join us and play for one of Fife’s
